The Midwest Mandolin Festival
The First Saturday in June

The Fifth Annual Midwest Mandolin Festival, presented by the Mandolin Society of Central Indiana, was held Saturday June 6, 2009, at Eagle Creek Park Marina Stage, in Indianapolis.

FREE mandolin workshops were held at 11:00 - Noon, followed by performances from Noon - 8:30pm.  It was FREE with paid admission to the park ($5.00/car). It was a family-friendly event featuring a wide variety of all acoustic music, with each act featuring at least one mandolin. We also had regional mandolin builders/luthiers at the festival.
